Hair
1. Part your hair slightly to the left (like Dakota has)
2. In layers (starting from the bottom layer) straighten you hair to help get the thinness like Dakota's.
3. Get a round brush and go over all your hair, making sure it flicks out slightly.
4. Fix with hairspray if needed.
MakeUp
1. Clean you face, to get rid of dirt and oil.
2. Apply a light colour foudation close to your skin tone to give it a fresh look - Stilla Illuminating Powder Foundation
3. Then add a bit of pink blush to your cheeks - like Dakota has - In Sin - Berry with Gold Shimmer
4. Next apply a beige kind of colour to you eyelids - Colorful Pearl Mono Eyeshadow in Pearly No.8 - Champagne Beige Pearl
5. Add two coats of brown - for blonde/fair haired girls) or black (dark haired girls) mascara to your top lashes and one coat you your bottom lashes, so the bottom aren't obvious as the top lashes - Stilla Lash Visor
6. Finish off with a pink lipgloss - Hard Candy Kiss & Tell in Fate or Luck
